All-Inclusive:

Group Intensive Pricing includes overnight accomodations at local hotels, all meals during the intensive and transportation to and from Event Center.

Cancellation Policy for Group Intensives:

Cancellations:

Deposit of $2000 required to make a reservation. If reservation is cancelled within 7 days, deposit minus $500 will be be returned.

Reschedule:

If you are rescheduling (if seven days in advance), full amount of deposit will be applied to new reservation.

Payment in Full:

If paying in full at time of reservation, the same policies of rescheduling apply. If cancelling (within 7 days), you will recieve a $3500 return. The amount of $500 is non-refundable in order to cover the cost of holding your reservation.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled intensive are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, you may do so without penalty if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
We do not offer refunds for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
