  • Clearance or Marked-Down Items:

  • Did you purchase this item on sale or at a marked down price? (This does not include full priced items purchased with a discount code)
  • For returns of marked-down or clearance items, please confirm that you have read and agree to our return policy terms: refunds for these items will be issued as a gift card, which will be sent to you via email.*
  • To complete your return, please follow these steps:

    Repack the Shoes: Place the shoes back in their original shoe box, including any paper stuffing or wrapping from the original order.

    Secure the Package: Pack the shoe box into a protective outer package, such as the original shipping mailer or any bag/box of your choice. Attach the prepaid return label included. 

    We advise you to keep the return shipment tracking number for your records.

  • Drop Off:

    • If your return label is from Canada Post, please drop your parcel off at your nearest Canada Post location.
    • If your return label is from FedEx, please drop it off at your nearest FedEx location.

    Once we receive your original order and it passes our quality assurance process at the warehouse, we will proceed with processing a refund to your original form of payment.

    Please allow up to 21 days for the refund to be processed.
