  • To complete your return, please follow these steps:

    Repack the Shoes: Place the shoes back in their original shoe box, including any paper stuffing or wrapping from the original order.

    Secure the Package: Pack the shoe box into a protective outer package, such as the original shipping mailer or any bag/box of your choice. Attach the prepaid return label included. 

    We advise you to keep the return shipment tracking number for your records.

  • Drop Off at FedEx:

    Drop off your package with your prepaid return label at any FedEx location. If you need assistance finding a drop-off location, visit the FedEx location finder.

    Once we receive your original order and it passes our quality assurance process at the warehouse, we will proceed with processing a refund to your original form of payment.

    Please allow up to 21 days for the refund to be processed.
