Professional Liability Insurance Submission for Inactive Clergy
Effective January 1, 2025, all inactive clergy will be required to personally obtain professional liability insurance. Inactive clergy member is defined as someone who is not currently appointed to a GMC church or an approved extension ministry. Senior Status pastors who are actively serving in a paid ministry role at a non-GMC church or ministry will also be required to personally obtain professional liability insurance.
