2025 SIGN CONTRACT

THIS AGREEMENT ENTERED INTO BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF SLINGER AND THE UNDERSIGNED ENTITY.

WHEREAS, the Village’s Community Park Baseball Diamond has an 8-foot-high fence surrounding it; and

WHEREAS, the Village and the Undersigned wish to enter into an agreement for the placing of signage on the fence.

NOW THEREFORE, VILLAGE AND THE UNDERSIGNED AGREE AS FOLLOWS:

1. Term of Sign Placement (check one)*

2. Undersigned will furnish at its expense the sign, which shall be 5 feet by 8 feet Vinyl Banner material of at least 18 Oz. Vinyl minimum with brass grommets at a minimum of every 2 feet around the borders of the sign. Sign borders must be sewn.

3. Village will place the sign on the fence at the beginning of each season (Late March / early April) and take down and store the sign at the end of the baseball season. (Late September / early October). The Village will return or all signs to the undersigned at the end of the term purchased by the Undersigned.

4. The Village may remove any sign that is in poor condition as it determines. The undersigned shall be responsible for replacement of the sign so removed.

5. The Village shall have the sole right to determine where the sign shall be placed on the fence. The sign and its design and message must be approved by the Village before it is displayed on the fence.

6. The Village will not be responsible for any damage to the sign. Repairs or replacement of the sign due to damage caused by wear and tear, wind, vandalism, theft or damage caused by any other reason will be at the Undersigned’s sole expense.

By submitting this form, the sponsor agrees to the terms outlined in the contract, sponsorship levels and commits to providing the selected sponsorship amount within 30 days. The organizer reserves the right to allocate benefits based on the sponsorship level and payment received.
