I know that running and walking can be a strenuous and potentially hazardous activity. I understand and assume all risks associated with participating in this event including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, volunteers, spectators, sponsors, bystanders, the effects of weather, including snow, ice, rain, heat and/or humidity, traffic, altitude, road and surface conditions, all risks being known and appreciated by me.
