  • Taking Mifepristone

    Mifepristone (200mg) is the first pill you will take to start your abortion process. It is useful to note what date and time you took this pill. It is advised you take misoprostol 24-48 hours after mifepristone.

  • Taking Misoprostol

    1 dose of misoprostol = 4 pills (200mcg). They are taken either: under the tongue, in between the cheeks and teeth, or vaginally. They need to dissolve for at least 20-30 minutes to activate. It is advised to wait 3 hours, and if the process is not yet complete--take an additional dose of 4 misoprostol. Additional doses can be taken until the process is complete.

    If you haven't started bleeding, and you feel minimal effects, it is advised to take an additional dose of misoprostol
  • Misoprostol Dose 3,4

    Every body is different. Some people require 1 dose of misoprostol, others can take up to 4 doses. Please add additional times and your experience below, if you needed several doses of misoprostol
