**Terms and Agreement**

This Terms and Agreement ("Agreement") applies to all participants ("Participant") engaging in any events, services, performances, or experiences hosted or facilitated by The Khaliseum and/or Epik Vibz Entertainment ("Company"). By purchasing tickets or services, you agree to the following terms:

### 1. **All Sales are Final**
- All purchases made for events or services are non-refundable. Once a transaction is completed, the sale is considered final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

### 2. **Event Date and Location Changes**
- The Company reserves the right to modify the date, time, or location of any scheduled event if needed, including changes due to logistical factors, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond the Company’s control.
- In the event of a date or location change, all Participants acknowledge and agree to attend the rescheduled or relocated event.
- Participants waive the right to any refunds or monetary reimbursement due to these changes. Instead, Participants will receive an **Event Credit** equal to the original purchase price, valid for other Company events within one year from the date of issuance.

### 3. **Event Credit**
- Should rescheduling or relocation prevent a Participant from attending, an Event Credit equal to the original purchase price will be provided.
- The Event Credit can be redeemed for any upcoming events offered by the Company within one year from the issuance date.
- Event Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunds.

### 4. **Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver**
- Participants agree to assume all risks associated with attending the event. The Company is not responsible for any damages to personal property, injuries, or medical expenses resulting from accidents, physical activities, or any incidents occurring before, during, or after the event.
- By participating, all parties waive any claim against the Company and its affiliates for property damage, bodily harm, or medical costs.

### 5. **Acceptance of Terms**
- By completing the purchase, the Participant agrees to all terms outlined in this Agreement, including that all sales are final and that the only form of compensation for schedule or venue changes is an Event Credit.

### 6. **Additional Terms**
- This Agreement is governed by the laws of Georgia, USA and any disputes arising from it shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.
