Teens Register: Youth Board of Artists- Fall 2023

Attendance Policy

Attendance is crucial for participation, therefore YBA members are REQUIRED to attend at least 7 out of all 9 meetings (~75%).
Two unexcused absences will be accepted, with any further absences whether excused or unexcused resulting in a decrease in your stipend ($15 per absence).
After one unexcused absence, you will recieve a warning. On the second unexcused absence, you will be dropped from YBA and not recieve a stipend.
An excused absence is a communicated absence due to important school/work conflict, family emergency, sickness/health, or personal emergency.
An unexcused absence is an absence that is not communicated, or does not qualify for an excused absence (hanging out with friends, a party or event, homework, etc.)
You must communicate an absence at least 24 hours in advance, whether or not you will believe it qualifies as an excused absence, we understand that every situation can be different.
YBA will meet on the following Thursdays:
- Thursday, January 16th
- Thursday, January 23rd
- Thursday, January 30th
- Thursday, Febuary 6th
- Thursday, Febuary 13th
- Thursday, Febuary 20th
- Thursday, Febuary 27th
- Thursday, March 6th
- Thursday, March 13th
