Our guests love the interactive displays, it engages them with your brand, so the more interactive the better!
Briefly describe your activity or display including a) what you will do, b) what you will be bringing with you including any signage/marquee/flags/giveaways.
N.B. stickers, balloons, or anything that could easily fly onto the tarmac are prohibited
Will you require a vehicle/s as part of your display/activity?

Do you require power? (note we only have limited availability on site)
Do you require a table? (we can provide 8-Foot trestle tables)
If you are an emergency service, are you operational during the day and require swift access out of the event zone?
Does your company hold public liability insurance (required for vehicles/food trucks on tarmac)
