  • Club Form 04. Winter Football Appeal to a Sanction issued by the Disciplinary Committee

  • Overview

    • Participants, Clubs, or FSG use this Form 7 to appeal sanctions issued by the FSG Disciplinary Committee.
    • Appeals to sanctions issued by the Disciplinary Committee are heard by the FSG Appeals Committee.
    • In order for an Appeal to be heard, the appellant must within seven (7) working days of the Club receiving the notice of suspension from the FSG Executive:
      1. Pay the appeal fee of $250.
      2. Pay any fines imposed in the notice of suspension.
      3. Submit the Notice of Appeal
      4. Submit to FSG all supporting material.
      5. Submit to FSG any written submissions the Participant or Club intends to rely on.
    • The Standing to Appeal (i.e. those people or entities entitled to submit an Appeal) are limited, and identified in Part 4 Judicial Bodies, Article 13.2 of the FSG Disciplinary Regulations.
    • The Grounds of Appeal are limited, and identifed in Part 3 Judicial Bodies, Article 13.4 of the FSG Disciplinary Regulaitons.
  • WORK ON WORDING. Clubs will need to complete an appeal from per sanction recevied from the Disciplinary Committee.
