SBFC uses registration forms to collect personal information for the purpose of communication back to individuals who register for our volunteer projects. We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We will not disclose, without your consent, personal information collected about you nor distribute or sell personal information with any third party outside of our organization.

All medical records are treated with complete confidentiality and we make every effort to protect the private nature of your personal information. All data is stored on secure, firewall-protected servers and is only accessible to SBFC staff. Medical history forms are cleared annually from our files. (ex. previous or recurring injuries)* This field is required.Participation on a volunteer project with SBFC requires physical activities which may include hiking long distances (up to 10 miles) on uneven terrain, lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly, using hand tools, and working in difficult weather conditions. This information will be used to help us ensure that you have signed up for a project that will result in a positive experience for you. Limitations do not automatically exclude you from participation on a project.

Volunteer Project Deposit* This field is required.** PLEASE READ** In order to reserve a spot for the project(s) selected above, you must submit a deposit. The deposit is 100% refundable. Upon completion of the project, we will send a feedback form via e-mail in which you may request a refund, partial refund, or donation towards a membership. If we do not hear from you within 14 days of receiving the feedback form, we will transfer your deposit to a complimentary membership with SBFC. If you must cancel your registration for any project, please notify us within 14 days to receive a refund. We may make exceptions for extenuating circumstances. We will hold the deposit until you complete all of the projects that you have registered for. Thank you! If you are registering for multiple projects (for example, a single and multi-day project), you are only required to submit one $60.00 deposit. WAITLIST PROJECTS: No volunteer deposit is required.
