Abu Dhabi Equestrian Club and/or Abu Dhabi Turf Club reserves the right to approve/reject/request further information on all applications in its sole discretion and without providing reasons for doing so.
In exchange for being able to cover and/or photograph any Abu Dhabi Equestrian Club and/or Abu Dhabi Turf Club activity (on track and in the grounds surrounding the racetrack) you agree:
• to release Abu Dhabi Equestrian Club and/or Abu Dhabi Turf Club, its parent company and affiliates and promoters, sponsor organisations, land owners and lessees, organisers of the event from all liability for death or personal injury (psychological trauma, loss or damage (including property damage) (“harm”) howsoever arising from participation in or attendance at the event, except to the extent prohibited by law;
• Abu Dhabi Equestrian Club and/or Abu Dhabi Turf Club has the right to seize or block the use of video footage or digital images should the need arise. You understand that sharing images of accidents on social media or other platforms is not allowed.
• you will be charged for any damage you incurr at the venue.
• to attend or participate in the event or activity at your own risk. You acknowledge that the risks associated with attending or participating on track and/or off-track activity, including the risk that I may suffer harm as a result of:
- horses or motor vehicles colliding with other horses or motor vehicles, persons or property;
- acts of violence and other harmful acts (whether intentional or inadvertent) committed by persons attending or participating in the event and the failure or unsuitability of facilities (including grandstands, fences and guard rails) to ensure the safety of persons or at the event;
- working with animals can be dangerous and that accidents causing harm can and do happen and may happen to you.
You accept the conditions of, and acknowledge the risks arising from, attending or participating in the event and being provided with the event services by Abu Dhabi Equestrian Club and/or Abu Dhabi Turf Club.
Image Use:
Abu Dhabi Equestrian Club and/or Abu Dhabi Turf Club controls the rights for all video or photo imagery captured at the venue, and reserves the right to restrict publication of any imagery taken on site.
