    About the Company:

    As CEO, you will drive the company’s strategy, operations, and growth, ensuring alignment with our mission and goals. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong business acumen and experience across core business functions like Sales, Business Development, and Operations.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute a strategic vision to scale our startup from concept to market leader.
    • Oversee day-to-day operations and manage cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Finance.
    • Lead business development efforts to secure partnerships, funding, and market access.
    • Build and nurture a high-performing team to support company growth and innovation.
    • Manage financial performance, budgeting, and operational efficiencies.
    • Act as the primary spokesperson, representing the company to stakeholders, investors, and customers.
    • Drive product development strategy to align with market needs and industry trends.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 2 years in a C-level executive role in Sales, Business Development, Product, Marketing, Operations, or Finance.
    • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a demonstrated ability to adapt, innovate, and lead in dynamic settings.
    • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
    • Background in DeepTech or high-tech industries preferred.
