About the role:
As CTO, you’ll serve as both a technical architect and an entrepreneurial partner, crafting and executing the technical strategy to drive company growth. In addition to building and leading the technical team, you will play a key role in communicating our technical vision to potential investors, helping secure the support needed to fuel our mission.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and own the technology strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.
- Oversee all R&D functions, from architecture and development to innovation, ensuring the timely delivery of a scalable product.
- Actively participate in investor pitches, clearly articulating our technical roadmap and vision to potential investors.
- Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture that embraces rapid growth and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to refine the product-market fit and position the company for successful market entry.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Establish robust development processes and quality standards to ensure high product reliability and security.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years in a C-level executive role in Sales, Business Development, Product, Marketing, Operations, or Finance.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a demonstrated ability to adapt, innovate, and lead in dynamic settings.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Background in DeepTech or high-tech industries preferred.
