The purpose of this form is to obtain permission to use photos, videos, or audio recordings taken of the individual during the event or retreat for marketing, promotional, or informational purposes.

I, the undersigned, hereby grant permission to Abba’s Heart Encounters, its team members, facilitators, prayer facilitators, volunteers, and representatives to take photographs, video recordings, and/or audio recordings of me during any events organized by Abba’s Heart Encounters, including but not limited to retreats, conferences, training sessions, mission trips, and other events.

I also grant permission for these images and recordings to be used in any form of media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to, print, online, social media, promotional materials, or presentations for purposes of marketing, promotion, education, and documentation related to Abba's Heart Encounters and its activities.

I understand that these images or recordings may be publicly accessible and may appear on websites, social media platforms, brochures, advertisements, newsletters, or other promotional materials. I acknowledge that I will not receive any monetary compensation for the use of these materials.

I release Abba’s Heart Encounters, its team members, facilitators, prayer facilitators, volunteers, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that I may have arising out of the use of my image, voice, or likeness as described in this release.

I further acknowledge that I have the right to revoke this release at any time by notifying Abba’s Heart Encounters in writing. However, I understand that such revocation will not affect the usage of images or recordings that have already been made prior to the revocation.
