Requirements- By completing this form, event hosts agree to the following:

- Grant requests must be submitted at least two months prior to an event.
- All Getting Families Fishing & Boating Events MUST include:
- Education on Invasive Species and the Clean Drain Dry prevention messageoating
- Water safety, use of PFD, and conservation themes of recycling, catch and release, and use of lead alternatives.
- Product is not to be sold by the grantee or auctioned by the grantee for fundrasing purposes.
- Products can be used by grantee at a single or multiple events to support the event/s or be given at no charge to event attendees if stated in the grant application.
- Grantees MUST complete an Event Success Report that includes 5-10 photos of the event and attendance for both youth and adults within 30 days after the event.
- A Fundraising flyer for the Getting Families Fishing & Boating Initiative will be emailed to event hosts and must be displayed as able at each event. GFFB product is purchased entirely by donation; your support will help us continue to supply materials to reach new anglers.
