  • Requirements- By completing this form, event hosts agree to the following: 

    • Due to limitations in funding for 2025, we have secured product to support these events free of charge, but event hosts will need to cover the shipping costs for awarded product. For most events, this should be in the $50-$100 range. 
    • Grant requests must be submitted at least two months prior to an event.
    • All Future Angler Events MUST include angler education on boating/water safety and sharing Aquatic Invasive Species information. We suggest using the Clean Drain Dry messaging and information.
    • Product is not to be sold by the grantee or auctioned by the grantee for fundrasing purposes. Products can be used by grantee at a single or multiple events to support the event/s or be given at no charge to event attendees if stated in the grant application.
    • A Fundraising flyer for the Getting Families Fishing & Boating Initiative will be emailed to event hosts and must be displayed as able at each event. GFFB product is purchased entirely by donation; your support will help us continue to supply materials to reach new anglers.
    • Grantees MUST create an Event Success Report that includes 5-10 photos of the event and attendance for both youth and adults within 30 days after the event.
