WIMA Student Shadow Request Form

For students in grades: 5th, 6th & 7th - interested in attending WIMA for the 25-26 school year
Welcome to Washtenaw International Middle Academy!

We are excited to have you visit and learn more about our school. We want you to experience a half day in the life of a WIMA student, so you can feel more comfortable about making the right choice for your middle school education.

Shadowing is available in the morning from: 7:40am to 10:15am.

Please complete the information below and Ms. Taborda will email you to confirm your student's shadow date.

Shadowing is available from Monday, February 3, 2025 - Thursday, May 22, 2025 on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

We are unable to offer shadowing appointments on Wednesdays & Fridays at this time.

Helpful Information when Visiting - Please Read:
- Parents/ Guardians may pick up and drop off their student in the front office
- Shadowing is from 7:40am to 10:15am
- Visitors should arrive 5-10mins before their appointment time to meet up with their student ambassador in the front office.
- Students will shadow a student ambassador from the grade they are applying to for next year. Example - 5th grade students will shadow 6th grade classes
- No supplies are needed for visiting
- Lunch is not served during the visit
- We can not guarantee what classes a student will see, but we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
- We can not guarantee what Student Ambassador your student will have, but we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
