    Event information

    The Kent Nerd Party is an indoor & outdoor festival celebrating nerdiness in all its forms in Kent, WA. 

    • DATE: June 7th, 2025, 2pm-7pm
    • LOCATION: 1st Ave S, Kent, WA 98032
    • BOOTH SETUP: 4' table space (you bring table and chair), indoors, no electricity
    • COST: $50

     Please read our Terms & Conditions before applying. Some highlights:

    • Setup is from 11:30am-1pm; vehicles are not allowed on site after 1pm
    • You must bring your own table and chair(s)
    • Vendors are required to complete a vendor experience survey within a week of the conclusion of the festival. This survey will provide an opportunity to give feedback and will include required reporting of revenue from the event.
