Content Sponsorship Agreement

Promotions not ran as arranged because of technical difficulties will be rescheduled. Invoices are payable to CM Productions LLC upon day of signing, unless otherwise agreed. Termination of this agreement prior to fulfilling the above agreements will result in adjusted billing. Any/all costs/fees incurred by CM Productions during the collection process of past due accounts are the responsibility of the party signed above. This agreement & the signed parties have no intentions of racism, discrimination to any/all parties that may come in contact of affected by any services agreed to. I, signed, am agreeing to the terms on this document & do hereby grant permission to CM Productions LLC to use my image, audio &/or name. Such use includes, but may not be limited to the display, distribution, publication, transmission, communication, or promotion of photographs, images, audio &/or videos taken then consumed by/communicated to, but not limited to; the public or private parties through marketing channels such as, but may not be limited to; print, social media, online, television, &/or any/all broadcast/streaming formats. I agree that CM Productions LLC is not responsible for the loss of any/all funds, assets, products, or goods utilized before, during, or after campaigns are developed, active, inactive, or remain public. This also includes CM Productions LLC not being held accountable for any/all reactions of the public or private parties, legal issues, or any other results that the parties signed above did not mention within this agreement, but did occur or if said parties are not satisfied with the results or if the agreed services resulted in loss of assets, funds, or products. Payment due upfront with no option for a refund.
