WIHI Student Shadow Application & Consent Form

For students in grades 8th, 9th & 10th looking to attend WIHI for the 25-26 school year
Hello!

We are excited to have you visit and learn more about our school.

We want you to experience what a day in the life of a WIHI student would be, so you can feel more comfortable about making the right choice for your high school education.

Shadowing is available in the morning from: 7:40am to 11:07am.

Please complete the information below and Mr. Seibert will email you to confirm your student's official shadow date.

Shadowing is available from: Monday, February 3, 2025 through Thursday, May 22, 2025 on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

We are unable to offer appointments on Wednesdays & Fridays at this time due to our current schedule.

Helpful Information when Visiting - Please Read
- Parents/ Guardians may pick up and drop off their students in the front office.
- Visitors should arrive 5-10mins before their appointment time to meet up with their student ambassador in the front office.
- Students will shadow a student ambassador from the grade they are applying to for next year. Example - 8th grade students will shadow 9th grade classes
- No supplies are needed when visiting.
- Shadowing appointments do not include lunch.
- We can not guarantee what classes a student will see, but we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
- We can not guarantee what Student Ambassador your student will have, but we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
