All sections of this form must be completed for the submission to be accepted. To be fully cleared as a chaperone with Regnum Christi and Mission Youth OR you are staying overnight and 18+, please complete the following steps:
1. Upload your required clearances using this form.
2. Complete the RC Activities Volunteer Form and upload using this form.
🔗 Note: Submitting the RC Activities Volunteer Form is required in addition to the clearances for the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. Please make sure both steps are completed to be eligible to volunteer.
