Be sure the content of your announcement includes all pertinent information such as date, time, location, cost, speakers, if an RSVP is required, etc.
Our Communications Team will design the graphics for your event. In order to do so, your announcement must be submitted 3 weeks in advance of the publicity date requested below.
If you have any photos (speaker headshots, venue photos, etc), use the button below to upload them.
Once approved, your announcement will run in the newsletter for three consecutive weeks, on the website, and in the preservice scrolling announcements. Social Media and Video Announcements are reserved for churchwide events and opportunities.
Inclusion in Pastoral Remarks are at the discretion of Pastor Rivers and the Administrative Team.
