• Announcement Request Form

    All announcements are subject to approval. In some cases, your announcement may need to be modified or condensed. When this happens, we do our best to preserve the core message of your announcement. Our aim is to accommodate as many requests as possible.
  • Be sure the content of your announcement includes all pertinent information such as date, time, location, cost, speakers, if an RSVP is required, etc.

    Our Communications Team will design the graphics for your event. In order to do so, your announcement must be submitted 3 weeks in advance of the publicity date requested below.

    If you have any photos (speaker headshots, venue photos, etc), use the button below to upload them.

    Once approved, your announcement will run in the newsletter for three consecutive weeks. It will also be included on the website, social media, and in the weekly video announcements.

    Inclusion in Pastoral Remarks are at the discretion of Pastor Rivers and the Administrative Team.

(This is not the same as your event date.) We are not able to accommodate requests that are outside of this timeframe. Please plan accordingly.
