RPND LEADERS Business Agreement
(Sales And Marketing):
We RPND ARTS HOUSE LTD employs 18-60 year olds to raise money which is invested into workshops, programmes, and classes for youth development.
We take the youth to the Music studios to record positive music, we teach the youth Forex Trading, Stock Trading, Crypto and NFTs.
We also recruit 16-24 year olds into our sister company Attentive Management LTD, which also does all of the above for a much younger crowd.
Fundamentally a fundraising and recruitment department, agency for Attentive Management LTD, RPND Arts House LTD, and any of the youth that create business that we are developing.
Recruiting the youth ages 13-24 into employment of the sales and marketing persuasion.
Fundraising and selling periodical magazines is our preliminary strategy to teach sales to our recruits before they progress into higher marketing roles.
RPND employees will fundraise speaking to the public about how our youth development programmes are positively effective and extremely valuable for the youth and the community at large, distribute our periodical magazines, and recruit, train, and manage staff.
RPND employees will recruit 10 staff on behalf of RPND and only increase in staff count as Attentive Management or any other affiliate organisations see fit. RPND recruit staff for various organisations depending upon agreement, yet constantly recruit employees for Attentive Management LTD and ofcourse RPND employees continuously recruit for RPND Arts House LTD. (Rpnd.co.uk, Rpndleaders.com, Blickipedia.com, and Rpndartshouse.com) with a one off payment or a residual structure bonus for the person whom recruited the new employee and
evidently are managing sed recruit. Fundamentally RPND is constantly shaperoning Attentive Management and any other youth organisation we have agreements with for recruitment, training, and management of staff.
The RPND staff will be expected to work atleast 3-4 days per week, any of the seven days, as we work everyday, between 6-7 hours from whenever we start working (before 3pm) with flexibility towards meeting targets for the organisation. The RPND job role is specifically sales and marketing, targeting everybody who would like to purchase our magazine or give a contribution towards our purpose, we recruit the youth and adults especially the vulnerable into a positive part time or full time role which allows the youth and adults to make good money whilst learning about business.
Each of the youth employed by RPND on behalf of Attentive Management creates a one off payment £25.00 for the RPND employee, however the new recruit must pass the preliminary stage for the funds to be released to the RPND employee.
Each RPND employee will be expected to hit target of £200.00 per day (40 ticks) with more of an emphasis on recruitment on behalf of Attentive Management. A 40% percent deduction will be taken from each RPND employee, meaning the RPND employee will easily make £120.00 per day for themselves.
Anyone who forwards RPND Arts House LTD any staff that we recruit for RPND, will enjoy a negotiable residual on any of the staff they’ve recruited to the organisation RPND Arts House LTD.
The RPND employee is regarded as a self employed or complimentary paid volunteer. If the payments made to the RPND employee exceed TAX payment of £12,570.00 which it will, RPND management will teach all of our employees how to do their self assessment and pay their own taxes. We do this to maintain the teaching of business management as our fundamental principle in empowering our employees.
You will be paid monthly, usually on the last business day of the month, yet if you have difficulty in travelling and eating within that month you may be entitled to a sub of what you’ve already worked for into your bank account.
