Magic Tree House: Pirates Past Noon KIDS is an adaptation of the fourth of Mary Pope Osborne's award-winning fantasy adventure books from the Magic Tree House book series, which has sold more than 100 million copies and is available in more than a hundred countries around the world. This time around, Jack and Annie’s tree house takes them to an exotic island with pirates, where the two discover the power of friendship and the simple pleasures in everyday life.
The two siblings return to visit the magic tree house on a dreary, rainy day. They find a book where the sun is shining and the waves are crashing, so they wish to travel to this tropical place. They realize that they are in the eighteenth-century Caribbean, the time of pirates! The siblings meet Captain Bones, a mean old pirate who captures the two and forces them to help him find buried treasure. It's up to Jack and Annie to find their way back to the tree house and make their way home.
Magic Treehouse: Pirates Past Noon KIDS
is a training production for children ages 5-12yrs. Children will learn acting, staging, voice, dance and performance skills as we prepare a 45 minute production.
ALL registered students will receive a part! NO experience necessary! There are parts for all experience levels!

Seussical KIDS- Jr group $400 ( $100 deposit due with registration + three installments $100/each due 01/01/25, 02/01/25, 03/01/25
Seussical KIDS- Theatre KidZ group $200 ( $100 deposit due with registration + two installments $50/each due 02/01/25 and 03/01/25

DEPOSIT
A $100 Deposit is due with registration. Deposits go towards paying for leasing the script and venue deposits. Deposit is non-refundable, non-transferable.
AUDITIONS
Theatre KidZ: NO AUDITION!
Juniors: IN-PERSON AUDITION November 19th 2:00-3:00pm or join us for first day of rehearsals, January 7th 1:45-4:15pm - which will include informal audition. Students will read sides(small portions of script from Pirates Past Noon) Optional- please prepare a 1 minute song. If singing- please bring a mobile device to play backtrack. Audition is laid back and welcoming for all experience levels. Registration form and Deposit are due prior to auditioning.
Juniors- DO YOU HAVE A STUDENT NEW TO AUDITIONING OR A STUDENT WITH HIGH ANXIETY ABOUT AUDITIONING? Not to worry- in place of audition, please attend a Meet & Greet on November 19th 1:30-2:00pm or request an alternate date.
Please know AWH will not turn anyone away due to financial hardship. We are passionate about and dedicated to making the arts available to all interested. There is a space on the registration form to request a partial scholarship. Due to AWH being a small business and the stress providing scholarships puts on our finances- parents of students who do not receive the FES-UA or PEP scholarships will be prioritized.
