  • Welcome to Opulence Skin Studio! I’m excited to help you on your journey to beautiful, healthy skin. To make sure we’re a good fit for each other and that I can truly help you achieve your skin goals, please take a moment to fill out the information below. At the end of the form, there will be a place to upload pictures of your skin so I can get a good idea of what treatments would work best for you.

    After I receive your New Client Form and we determine we’re a good fit, I’ll reach out to you to complete a Skin Health Questionnaire. From there, you’ll be able to schedule your New Client Consultation + Treatment appointment. I can’t wait to meet you and get started on your customized skincare journey!

  • Opulence Skin Studio Policies

    To provide the highest level of service and accommodate all clients, please review our studio policies:

    Credit Card on File: Opulence Skin Studio requires a credit card to be kept on file in support of our policies.

    Cancellation Policy: We require at least a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice will incur a $50 fee that will be charged to the credit card on file.

    No-Show Policy: If you miss an appointment without notice, the full service fee will be charged to the credit card on file.

    Late Policy: Out of respect for the other clients appointments, we have a 15-minute late policy.  If a client is 15 minutes late or more, they may be asked to shorten their service time or be asked to reschedule their appointment to another time.  In the case you need to rescheulde, there may be a charge of 50% of the missed service, which will be charged to the credit card on file.

    No Refunds/Guarantee Policy: Services received cannot be refunded.  During our consultation we discuss your unique skin conditions.  I cannot guarantee that your skin will look like anyone elses.  Although we may perform the same services your results will be dependent on your aftercare and homecare.

    Children: Due to the type of service's offered, it is best to leave children at home.  There is not anyone to look after them.

    Payments: We accept all major credit cards, cash, zelle and venmo.
