Artisan Vendor Application
Calling all vendors! You are invited to complete the enclosed vendor application for the 34th Annual Colorado Mountain Winefest “Festival in the Park”, scheduled for Saturday, September 20th, 2025 from 10:30 am – 5:00 pm, at Riverbend Park in Palisade, Colorado.
We're seeking top-tier vendors to join our prestigious event. All applicants will be juried based on the quality and uniqueness of their wares. With over 5,000 attendees flocking from around the world, this is your chance to showcase your products to a diverse and engaged audience. Plus, by participating, you'll be supporting the Colorado Association for Viticulture & Enology, the only non-profit dedicated to advancing Colorado wine and grape growing industry. As the largest fundraiser for this esteemed festival, your presence makes a meaningful impact. Vendor opportunities at Winefest include:
• Packaged food products - especially from Colorado; with minimal or no preparation done on-site.
• Artisans - ART, JEWELRY, POTTERY, WINE ACCESSORIES
Preference will be given to vendors who craft the majority of their products and/or products that fit with our wine-themed event.
Vendor Fees:
$400 for a 10' X 10' booth space
$800 for a 10' X 20' booth space subject to availability
$35 for electricity
$10 One day Palisade Business License
$10 Non-refundable application fee
Four staff members per booth are included in each booth fee. Up to two additional staff can be added for $25 each and must be paid in advance. All staff must be 21 years of age or older to attend.
TO APPLY: All prospective vendors must submit the following application no later than April 25, 2025.
All applications will be juried by the Winefest Vendor Selection Committee. Vendor selections are based on product quality, booth presentation, suitability for a wine event and space availability. To achieve a wide variety of vendors some products may be limited. CAVE and the Event Coordinators reserve the right to refuse applicants. Previous participation does not guarantee acceptance.
Notification of acceptance status will be emailed no later than May 9th, 2025. All acceptance decisions are final.
Accepted vendors will need to submit the total fees due by either check or credit card no later than May 20th.
Final information packets covering set up, take down, parking and access will be mailed in August.
