Kid's Secret Shopping Event: Help us help our little's discover the joy of gift-giving. Here they can select gifts, with the help of our "Elves" for their favourite adults (mom, dad, grandparents, teachers) from a selection of items priced under $20. Gifts will be wrapped prior to leaving so they can keep their secret for Christmas.
Set-Up: Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Vendor spaces must be set up by market-open at 2:00 PM.
Market Tear-Down: Friday from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM. All vendor spaces must be removed by 10:00 PM on Friday unless you have elected to stay for the Kid's Secret Shopping Event on Saturday.
Kid's Secret Shopping Event Tear-Down: Saturday from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. All Kid's Secret Shopping vendor spaces must be removed by 4:00 PM on Saturday.
Food Vendors: Food vendors are responsible for knowing and abiding by the Interior Health Guidelines for the Sale of Food at Temporary Markets in order to participate in the Market.The Market Manager has the right to refuse entry to any vendor who does not follow these food health regulations.
Cancellation: Unless extenuating circumstances exist, refunds are not available.
Liability: Insurance loss, damage and Public Liability will be the responsibility of vendors. Kootenay Christian Academy and Cranbrook Alliance Church will not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred by vendors or vehicle damage or theft of personal property owned by vendors.
Marketing: Your business name, and contact information, product's list and photos may be displayed on our website, poster, social media accounts or other marketing venues.
