By nominating to CBSQ you agree to the following conditions:

The school has carefully read and accepts all rules and regulations of CBSQ and will adhere to all future requirements and deadlines associated with their nomination*

All players must be under the age of 20 years as at 31st December 2025 (participants must be born in 2006 or after)*

Players must be currently enrolled at the school they are representing, and they also must have been enrolled for a minimum period of 3 months prior to tournament commencement, and currently be in secondary school (Years 7-12)*

Eligible schools may only nominate one team in each gender. Schools cannot combine to enter a team. Schools with separate campuses may also not combine*

A condition of nominating to the CBSQ Open competition is that teams must accept the competition format, division allocation and fixture with no option to dispute it*

Once the nomination fee has been invoiced, the school will have 14 days to pay otherwise their position in the tournament will be forfeited*

All teams MUST play ALL their scheduled games which will have start times from anywhere between 8:00am and 8:00pm on all competition days. Draw requests WILL NOT be considered*
