Call for Presenters
We invite researchers who have received NSF ADVANCE grants (Catalyst, Adaptation, Institutional Transformation, etc.) to submit proposals for the upcoming ADVANCE Together Symposium. This free, virtual symposium seeks to bring together NSF ADVANCE grantees, researchers, and practitioners to share best practices, insights, and findings from their own NSF ADVANCE-funded projects.
Audience
This symposium gathers a diverse group of stakeholders—NSF ADVANCE grantees, academic leaders, faculty, researchers, and advocates committed to building equity in STEM. Attendees from industry, government, and nonprofit sectors are also encouraged to attend.
Submission Guidelines
We seek submissions from NSF ADVANCE grantees (Catalyst, Adaptation, Institutional Transformation, etc.) who want to share their ideas, strategies, and plans for institutional transformation. Chosen presenters will share their work in five-minute lightning talks, which are meant to spark conversations and collaborations.
To help prepare your submission, please note that the following content will be required in the submission:
- Name of Presenter
(Note: Only one person will be able to present, so the presenter should be the one registering here. The rest of the research team members' information can be added in the form.)

- Headshot
- Names/Affiliations of any co-authors/researchers
