TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DISCONTINUATION

1. Four weeks written notification is required for discontinuation of lessons. Please complete the Discontinuation of Lessons form on Seqta Engage and submit. Notification in any other form will not be considered for the cessation of lessons;

2. Discontinuation of lessons may only occur at the END of a semester (end of Term 2 or 4) when a minimum of ONE TERM'S NOTICE is provided. Otherwise lesson enrolments will roll over into the next semester and parents will be charged accordingly;

3. Students discontinuing lessons and hiring an instrument from the school, must return their instrument at their final lesson. Instrument hire is a facility available only for students having instrumental music lessons at Lighthouse.
