    FOOD & BEVERAGE VENDOR APPLICATION

  • This application is for any vendor who would like to sell food & non-alcoholic drinks (food vendors may only include non-alcoholic beverages in their menu) at the Festival of Nations (FON), powered by the International Institute of St. Louis (IISTL). 

    Please complete the application fully. Note: You must send a $25 application fee in order to submit your application successfully. 

    The final payment will be due upon signing of contract. If you have any questions, please email festofnations@iistl.org. 

    The Festival of Nations has an expected attendance of 100,000 - 150,000 people over the course of two days. 

    BY COMPLETING THIS APPLICATION, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU ARE COMMITTING TO PARTICIPATE IN BOTH DAYS OF THE FESTIVAL (SATURDAY, AUGUST 23 & SUNDAY, AUGUST 24).

  • **NOTE: Since you answered YES, you will be required to obtain a Propane Permit from the St. Louis Fire Department. More information on this will be shared when contracts are sent to Vendors.

    **NOTE: Additional fees will be charged if your outlet has special requirements. Nema # will have to be provided.

  • Festival of Nations Application Deposit & Payment Information

  • We require a $25 application processing fee today. Total Amount Owed for vendor participation will be collected upon signing of contract and will be sent via invoice to the email provided. All payments must be submitted electronically.  

    Upon application approval, you will receive the Festival contract, invoice, calendar of mandatory meetings, and any additional forms needed.

    **A concession fee of 15% will be added by the vendor to each transaction made to festival attendees. Vendors are responsible for running & sharing financial reports with Festival of Nations immediatley following event. Once reports are received, FON will invoice Vendors for the the amount of concession fees that were paid by festival attendees.
    **This concession fee is NOT charged to the vendors. Vendors simply collect the fee and transfer it to FON. We are doing this in lieu of charging a ticket price for the the event.
