All new clients are required to book either a Consultation Only appointment or a Consultation + Treatment.
Consultation + Treatment
A $200 booking retainer is required upfront for your consultation and custom treatment plan. This retainer covers your full skin assessment and routine setup performed during your initial visit.
Consultation Only
A $100 booking retainer is required upfront to reserve your treatment time and secure your consultation.
Due to high demand and to maintain fairness for all clients, this retainer applies only to the date and time originally booked.
No refunds, reschedules, or appointment transfers will be issued for any reason.
How the New Client Process works:
Once your request is received, we will review your preferences and email you our soonest available appointment options within 24 hours.
(Please check your Inbox, Spam, and Promotions folders.)
You will choose your preferred option, and an invoice will be sent to you to secure the appointment.
Your appointment is not reserved until payment is made.
If payment is not completed within 6 hours, the appointment option will be released to the next client.
