Laton Arts Central CA Folklorico Dancer Contract

Welcome! Thank you for your interest in joining our Folklorico dance classes at Laton Arts Central CA. We're excited to offer classes for all ages, where participants can learn and celebrate the vibrant traditions of Mexican Folklorico dance. Our classes explore various regional styles, music, techniques, and the history behind each dance.

Laton Arts Central CA may take photos and videos of students during classes, performances, and events. These images may be used in our digital and print materials, including on our website, social media platforms, newsletters, and promotional materials. Please indicate your preference below:

Class Attendance Policy: Regular attendance is essential to ensure progress and maintain commitment to the Folklorico dance program. Participants are expected to attend every practice unless there is an emergency or prior approval for absence. Missing practice not only impacts individual learning but also affects group routines and performances. In the case of an unavoidable absence, please notify Laton Arts Central CA in advance.

Tuition Policy: Tuition is due on the 5th of every month. This payment secures your or your child's spot in the class, guarantees continued enrollment, and supports instructors, class materials, costumes, and event participation.

Late Payment: If tuition is not received by the 5th of the month, a $5 late fee will be applied. Continued enrollment may be subject to availability if tuition and fees are not paid on time.

Cell Phone Policy: To maintain focus and professionalism, cell phones must be off or silent and stored away during all classes, rehearsals, and performances. Break-time use is permitted but should not disrupt activities. Failure to follow this policy may lead to disciplinary action.

Attire Requirements for Practice:

All dancers are expected to arrive prepared in the appropriate attire.

Girls/Ladies: Workout clothes (shorts, Sweats, warm-ups, bodysuit, tank, t-shirt, etc)

Double circle practice skirt (any color) Hair should be in a bun or pulled back in a ponytail. Footwear: No sandals, crocks, or flip-flops allowed.

Boys/Men: Workout clothes (warm-ups, shorts, t-shirts, tanks)
