Thank you for participating in Laton Arts Central CA programs! We believe in capturing photos and videos of students during practices, performances, and events to create lasting memories and celebrate achievements. These materials allow students to share and enjoy each other’s progress, while also helping to promote our classes and events. Photos and videos may be used on social media, our website, newsletters, flyers, and other promotional materials. By participating, you agree to this media usage.

Consent for Media Use:

I hereby grant permission to Laton Arts Central CA to capture and use photos and videos of myself/my child as follows:

Purpose of Use:

Photos and videos may be used in promotional materials, including but not limited to: Social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
Printed materials such as flyers and brochures

Duration of Use:

This permission is granted indefinitely unless revoked in writing.

Rights:

I understand that these photos and videos will be used solely by Laton Arts Central CA for non- commercial purposes and will not be sold or shared with third parties without my additional consent.

Revocation of Consent:

I have the right to revoke this permission at any time by submitting a written request to Laton Arts Central CA. However, this will not affect any media already published.
