Smart Diehl Academy Birthday Party Terms and Conditions
1. Booking and Deposit Policy: A non-refundable deposit of $75 is required to secure your chosen party date and time. This deposit is applied to the total cost of your party.
Full payment of the remaining balance is due on or before the day of the event. 
2. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your party, please inform us as soon as possible.
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled party date will not incur additional charges beyond the deposit. 
3. Rescheduling Policy: We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 7 days before your scheduled party date.
We will do our best to accommodate your new date, subject to availability. The deposit will transfer to the rescheduled date if requested in advance. If a suitable reschedule date cannot be agreed upon, the deposit will be considered non-refundable.
4. Liability Waiver and Allergy Disclosure: Smart Diehl Academy utilizes materials such as borax, liquid school glue, baking soda, clay and other substances in slime-making activities.
Parents are responsible for informing us of any known allergies or sensitivities their child or guests may have to these materials. By booking a party, parents acknowledge and accept that Smart Diehl Academy is not liable for any allergic reactions, injuries, or adverse effects resulting from participation in activities, including those associated with slime-making.
Parents assume full responsibility for informing party attendees of the materials used and accept that participation is at their own risk.
5. Party Guest Supervision and Conduct: Parents or guardians are required to supervise party guests throughout the event to ensure safe behavior and participation.
Smart Diehl Academy reserves the right to enforce rules and safety guidelines during the party to maintain a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
Any damage caused by guests due to negligence or disregard for facility rules may result in additional charges to the booking party.
6. Health Precautions: Smart Diehl Academy follows all recommended health and safety guidelines. Parents should inform us of any health concerns or requirements.
Please refrain from bringing any child or guest with symptoms of illness to the party to maintain a safe environment for all participants.
7. Photography and Media Release: By booking a party, parents consent to any photographs or videos taken during the event that may be used for promotional purposes on Smart Diehl Academy’s website, social media, or marketing materials. ***Parents who prefer not to have photos taken may inform staff on the day of the party to ensure privacy.
8. Agreement and Acknowledgment: By submitting the booking form, the parent or guardian confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Acceptance of these terms constitutes a binding agreement between the parent/guardian and Smart Diehl Academy regarding the booking and participation in the slime-themed birthday party.
