Shop Policies:

Due to the nature of custom item(s) payments are required to begin production. Payment must be submitted in full. All sales are final. Embellished Head 2 Toe does not process refunds or exchanges. You may confirm your order details before production begins. Processing timeframe 7-10 business days.

Custom items are made to order unless stated on hand by Owner(Kelly G.) Orders (mock-ups) are only processed once payments are completed.
