Seated Yoga classes are designed for all ability levels and will be taught primarily in the seated position. Optional standing poses will be offered as well as a variety of modifications to accommodate varying abilities. This class will guide you through gentle yoga postures, movement sequences, stretching, breath work and guided meditation to help you focus clearly, de-stress, move mindfully and practice gratitude. Classes are held in-person at Gaylord in Wallingford or virtually via Zoom.
