The following rates apply to campus visitors who are enrolled in our academic programs:
- A single visitor or family may stay in an apartment for $103/night or a dorm room for $73/night. (Respective rates will increase to $106/night and $75/night for accomodations after June 30, 2025).
- Single visitors staying with roommates may stay in an apartment at a rate of $73/night per person. (Rate will increase to $75/night for accomodations after June 30, 2025)
Housing assignments will be made according to a number of priorities, and not on a “first come, first serve” basis.
While we cannot guarantee that our degree-seeking students will always receive a housing assignment for residential weeks, we can guarantee that assignments for degree-seeking students will be distributed equitably across each academic year.
Female and male guests will be housed separately unless the male and female couple is married.
