Course Housing Request Form

Accommodations for Students and Visiting Students enrolled in a course
If you are staying off campus, there is no need to complete this form.

Available Housing: dormitory style and furnished apartments. Linens and towels are included with each.

Apartments are equipped with self-sufficient kitchen, bathroom, living room, dining area. There are one, two, and three bedroom options. Note: Non-family members sharing an apartment will be charged at the shared apartment rate.

Dormitory rooms have a private bedroom and some include a private sitting room. The restrooms and kitchen are communal.

The following discounted rates are made available to campus visitors who are enrolled in our academic programs:
- On or before June 30, 2026:
  - $75/night for dorm-style housing and shared apartments.
  - $106/night for a private apartment.
  - Summer Term 2026 housing for residential weeks will be billed at the current rate unless requested after July 1.
- After July 1, 2026:
  - $77/night for dorm-style housing and shared apartments.
  - $109/night for a private 1-br apartment.
  - $124/night for a private 2-br apartment.
  - $139/night for a private 3-br apartment.
- Please note, the Floreat Nashotah housing discount only applies to standard housing rates and is not available for use with the discounted student rates included here.
Housing assignments will be made according to a number of priorities, and not exclusively on a “first come, first serve” basis. We strive to give preference to first-time students and those enrolled in a degree program.

Female and male guests will be housed separately unless the male and female couple is married.

Housing Refund Policy
Housing Fees are refundable upon request until two weeks before the first day of the scheduled occupancy. In the event of extreme medical or family circumstances, students may petition for an exception. Please contact housing@nashotah.edu with any questions.*
