    Please review the following terms before submission

    Refund & Cancellation Policy

    • One reschedule is allowed per course with 7+ days notice.
    • Additional cancellations require a new deposit and full payment.
    • Last-minute cancellations (within 48 hours) result in deposit forfeiture.
    • Rescheduling with less than 7 days notice will also forfeit the deposit.
    • Deposits are non-refundable. Refunds (excluding the deposit) are only issued if cancellation is made 7+ days before the class.
    • No refunds are issued for cancellations within 7 days of the class.

    Health & Safety

    • I confirm that I have provided accurate health information and understand that waxing may cause skin irritation or adverse reactions. I assume all associated risks.
    • I will follow all sanitation and PPE guidelines during the training.
    • If I feel unwell, I will notify Tina ASAP to reschedule.

    Liability Waiver

    • I release Tina, the instructor, Tina’s Touch, and all associated entities from any liability for allergic reactions, skin irritation, burns, or injuries resulting from my participation in the training.

    Payment & Policy Agreement

    • I understand that my deposit/payment is non-refundable.
    • I agree to attend class on my scheduled date and arrive on time.
    • I understand that I will receive a Certificate of Completion, which does not serve as a professional license.
