Student Enrollment Agreement
Please carefully review the following policies before signing and submitting your enrollment application.
By enrolling in The Tina's Touch Method™ Professional Education Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the following terms and conditions.
Refund & Rescheduling Policy:
- A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your training date.
- One complimentary reschedule is permitted with 7 or more days' written notice, subject to availability.
- Rescheduling or canceling within 7 days of your scheduled training will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled training.
- Students who fail to attend without prior notice ("No Show") will forfeit all payments made.
- A new application and payment will be required to enroll in a future training.
- Tina's Touch reserves the right to reschedule training due to emergencies, illness, severe weather, or circumstances beyond our control. If this occurs, your payment will be transferred to a new training date.
Professional Conduct:
As a student of The Tina's Touch Method™, I agree to:
- Arrive on time and prepared for training.
- Maintain a respectful and professional attitude toward instructors, classmates, and models.
- Follow all sanitation, safety, and PPE protocols throughout the training.
- Treat all equipment, supplies, and training materials with care.
- Keep all client and model information confidential and maintain professionalism at all times.
- Use professional language and conduct myself in a manner that reflects the standards of the beauty industry.
Appearance During Training:
Students are expected to wear comfortable, professional attire and closed-toe shoes suitable for hands-on training. Long hair should be secured away from the face, and nails should be maintained at an appropriate length for performing waxing services.
Health & Safety:
I understand that:
- Waxing involves contact with the skin and may result in temporary redness, irritation, sensitivity, or other minor reactions.
- I have truthfully disclosed all allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions, or other information that could affect my participation.
- If I become ill before my scheduled training, I will notify Tina's Touch immediately to reschedule.
- Tina's Touch reserves the right to discontinue training if a student's condition presents a health or safety concern.
Liability Release:
I voluntarily choose to participate in this training and acknowledge that waxing services involve inherent risks, including but not limited to temporary redness, irritation, allergic reactions, skin sensitivity, and minor burns.
I hereby release Christina "Tina" Monteiro, Tina's Touch LLC, its instructors, employees, representatives, and affiliates from liability for any injury, allergic reaction, skin irritation, burns, or other damages resulting from my participation in this training, except where prohibited by law.
Payment & Attendance Agreement:
I understand that:
- My tuition and deposit are subject to the Refund & Rescheduling Policy outlined above.
- I am expected to arrive on time and attend the full duration of my scheduled training.
- Failure to comply with course policies or professional conduct expectations may result in dismissal from the training without refund.
Educational Materials & Intellectual Property:
All manuals, student workbooks, presentations, demonstrations, techniques, forms, videos, photographs, and educational materials provided during this training are the exclusive intellectual property of Tina's Touch LLC.
Students may use these materials solely for their own professional practice and continuing education.
Reproducing, recording, photographing, distributing, teaching, selling, sharing, copying, or recreating any portion of The Tina's Touch Method™ without prior written permission from Tina's Touch LLC is strictly prohibited.
Certificate of Completion:
I understand that successful completion of this training will earn me a The Tina's Touch Method™ Certificate of Completion.
I understand that this certificate is not a state-issued esthetics or cosmetology license and does not authorize me to practice where state licensure is legally required.
Enrollment Agreement:
I understand that:
- Submission of this application does not guarantee enrollment.
- My seat is reserved only after my application has been reviewed, accepted, and the required payment has been received.
- Tina's Touch reserves the right to decline enrollment if the program is not an appropriate fit or if enrollment requirements are not met.
Student Acknowledgment:
By signing below, I certify that all information provided in this application is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge.
I acknowledge that I have carefully read, understood, and agree to abide by the policies, procedures, expectations, and terms outlined in this Student Enrollment Agreement.
I understand that participation in The Tina's Touch Method™ Professional Education Program is intended to strengthen my professional knowledge and technical skills, and that my success depends on my commitment to learning, practicing, and applying the techniques taught during training.
I understand that my Certificate of Completion is earned through active participation and successful completion of the training requirements.
The Tina's Touch Method™ and all associated educational materials are proprietary programs developed by Tina's Touch LLC. All rights reserved.
