Join us for a transformative six-week journey as we delve into the realm of dreams and their profound capacity to aid in healing grief. Together, we'll create a safe and nurturing space where sharing our grief becomes a communal act of support and understanding. Through practical techniques, we'll enhance our ability to recall dreams, learn about the importance of sleep hygiene and strategies to support implementation, explore the fundamentals of incubation and lucid dreaming, and deepen our connection with the dream world. Our shared intention is to honor any form of grief and foster a renewed relationship with those who have transitioned through the power of our dreams.
Whether you've just begun to explore the mysteries of your dreams or have been engaged with them for years, this workshop welcomes all.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO GRIEVE CONSCIOUSLY?
Losing someone we love is something that happens to us but how we grieve is up to us. Grieving consciously means acknowledging all the ways your life has changed and leaning into the process of grieving. Acknowledging change and leaning into grief looks like seeking support and making space for your grief. And making space for grief means setting aside time to feel emotions, engage in rituals, and finding ways to honor the person you miss in all the ways this kind of support group will offer.
The support group facilitator has trained directly with Claire Bidwell Smith and this group will offer support in Claire’s model of Conscious Grieving.
