2025 LCD Kiosk Advertising

Submit your advertising for view on our 55" LCD Kiosks throughout Downtown Glassboro. If you would like to pay off an invoice, please email Megan Varrell at mvarrell@glassboro.org
Kiosk Advertising Policies:
- Only registered Glassboro Businesses may advertise with the Borough of Glassboro.
- All advertising reservations and payments must be made online.
- Each reservation runs for 90 days.
- Reservation is guaranteed only when you have received a confirmation email.
- Your reservation can be as many months as you choose, in three month increments.
- Artwork must be submitted, with payment.
- The borough of Glassboro is not responsible for the design of artwork.
Advertising Specs and Recommendations
- The graphic size needs to be 27"x48".
- The ideal file formats for movies are .MOV or .MP4.
- The ideal format for graphics are High Resolution JPEG.
- Your ad must comply with Glassboro Ordinance and Advertising Policy and is subject to review by Council.

MUST BE SIZED TO 1920 x 1080 ppi / 1024 Pixels (width) x 812 Pixels (height) / 27" (width) x 47.9" (height).  The screens are 55" at 16:9 ratio. HORIZONTAL.  ONLY ORIGINAL ARTWORK.  Please do not send scanned in articles.  VIDEO:  Original files only.  The ideal file formats are MOV or MP4. In other words, the resulting file name will look something like myvideo.mp4 or myvideo.mov.  Original file videos should be less than 30 seconds and 1080P+ in resolution. EXAMPLE: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B7dcbMzLhJU
