Please review the following:

The $70.00 test fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and NOT transferable to another person or test date.

A VALID government issued picture ID and receipt of payment MUST be provided to be admitted into the testing session.

ALL items, such as: electronics, bags, or other items are not allowed in the testing room. Those items will be collected and stored away from the testing area.

PLEASE ARRIVE AT LEAST 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO TESTING TIME.
