Application for 'A Moment In Time' 2nd Juried Photography Exhibition

'A Moment In Time' 2nd Annual Juried Photography Exhibition: This call is for photographers only. The Exhibition will open January 4 for the 1st Saturday ArtWalk of 2025.

For the first exhibition of the 2025, we are starting off with a photography show. The title of the exhibition is 'A Moment In Time,' which is very broad applies to most photography. Submit your best photos, color or black & white. SUBMISSION DEADLINE: DECEMBER 20 (midnight). We are honored to have veteran photographer, Wayne Gudmundson, as our juror. Submission Guidelines:

All photographers must fill out Jotform to be considered for inclusion in the exhibition.

Up to 3 photos of any size may be submitted.

If accepted, all work must be ready to display and/or framed for hanging - no sawtooth hangers please. Any accepted work that is not in keeping with the original submission and/or is not properly prepared for exhibition will be rejected.

Artists may submit images in JPEG, jpg (minimum 72DPI, no more than 1200 pixels in any direction). Each image file should be labeled with the artist’s last name, first name, and image title.
KEY DATES

Deadline for Submissions: Thursday, December 19, 2024 (midnight). You may submit up to 3 images.

Notification of Acceptance: Artists whose work is chosen for inclusion in the exhibition will be notified by Monday, December 23.

Art Drop-Off: Sunday, December 29, 2-4 pm & Monday, December 30, 2-4 pm

Exhibition Opens: January 4, 2025, 4-9 pm. The exhibition will remain open on Saturdays, January 11, 18, and 25 from 12-5 pm.

Exhibition Closes: January 25, 2025 at 5 pm

Unsold Art Pick-Up: January 25, 4-5 pm
and Monday, January 29, 2-5 pm

Sales & Commissions: Any photo sales during the exhibition are subject to a 30% commission, which Steinfeld Gallery will retain to benefit and improve its operations.
