Plant Powered Metro New York will present its next 21-Day Plant Powered Jumpstart starting January 9, 2025. A generous donor is sponsoring seats in the program for anyone who has been diagnosed with chronic kidney disease, stages 3, 4, or 5 (kidney failure).

Scholarships will be provided to any adult who qualifies, so long as they are in a time zone that allows them to participate in the Jumpstart’s live virtual sessions (weekly educational sessions and weekly mentorship meetings).

Scholarships will pay for 90% of the full-price cost of the Jumpstart ($135 toward the $150 fee), so scholarship recipients should be prepared to pay $15 at the time they enroll. Applications must be submitted no later than 12:00 PM ET on Friday, January 3rd. Scholarships will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

After submitting this form, eligible scholarship recipients will be provided with a discount code to use when completing the Jumpstart registration form. All registration forms must be submitted by the end of the day on Monday, January 6th; scholarship recipients who do not complete the registration form by this date may forfeit their scholarship.

Scholarship recipients who complete the entire program — participating in all live educational sessions and at least 2 out of 3 mentorship meetings — will receive an additional cash bonus of $150 by March 15, 2025. Attendance will be taken at all sessions.
