Submitting an application binds ALL vendors to these terms and conditions.
Cannabis Festival Mississippi is a "Rain or Shine" Event. NO refunds will be honored.
ALL RETAIL CANNABIS PRODUCTS MUST BE FARM BILL COMPLIANT!
NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO SELL ANY ITEM WITH THE LOGO, WORDING OR SLOGANS OF CANNABIS FESTIVAL MS WITHOUT WRITTEN CONSENT FROM IT'S ORGANIZATION.
Vendors will NOT be allowed to sell ANY items, or market any product that include the words “Gulf Coast Cannabis Festival,” or any derivative thereof including but not limited to “Cannabis Festival Mississippi” or any likeness to the logo or written words, the year or the item “Official Merchandise” if merchandise may be constructed to be tied to the event itself.
NO GLASS BOTTLES ALLOWED ON PREMISES WHETHER RETAIL OR PERSONAL USE.
Vendor/Exhibitor spots must be reserved by a signed agreement and payment in full. Placement of vendor space will be determined on a first come first serve basis. Vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If ANY vendor arrives AFTER the established set up time, and the Vendor is precluded from set up as a result. Vendor SHALL forfeit all registration fees, the ability to participate in Event AND VENDOR RESTRATION FEES ARE FORFEITED.
Only one business allowed per vendor booth.
Each vendor will receive a packet upon check-in with (3) general admission tickets. All other guests will have to purchase a ticket.
All vendor applications are subject to approval.
Vendor booths are approximately 10x10 in size (excluding food 'trucks'), if you need additional space please purchase an additional booth.
Vendors must provide their own tent, tables and chairs.
All vendors are requried to bring sandbags or weights to tie down their canopies in the event of windy weather. Tent stakes are NOT ALLOWED on the Biloxi Town Green due to the sprinker system. If a vendor damages the sprinkler system, they will be responsible for all repair costs.
The event will go until dark, so be sure to bring lights to illuminate your tents and keep the vibe going!
Vendor/Exhibitor shall not sell any goods or services other than those outlined in your initial application at and during the event without the organizer’s written consent. Organizers reserve the right to refuse the exhibition before or during the event of unapproved goods and/or services.
Vendor/Exhibitor tables shall be staffed at all times. CFMS is not responsible for items left unattended.
Vendor/Exhibitor agree to market their presence as a vendor at the event via the current means of business promotion, including the Internet (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, company website) and print.
Media, local photographers and/or videographers may be present at this event. Vendor photos, and/or likeness may be captured and used to document event ocurence. Your festival participation constitutes consent to be photographed and/or captured on video.
Vendors will follow all federal and state laws as well as all city ordinances.
Food vendors must be self-sufficient, clean up when done, follow all health codes and obtain any required permits from the City of Biloxi, Harrison County and the State of Mississippi.
No vendors may sell any alcohol related products. CFMS will exclusively sell alcohol beverages.
Vendors will stay for the duration of the event. Leaving early will automatically disqualify you for future events.
CFMS reserves the right to change the date at any time prior to the date of the event. Vendor/Exhibitor fees are Non-Refundable. This does NOT include Force Majeure. In the event of Force Majeure, the event will be rescheduled and vendor fees transferred to the next event.
CFMS holds no liability to credit card transactions or the collections or error of
collections. Vendors are responsible for securing WIFI to collect electonic payments.
CFMS is responsible for collecting Mississippi sales tax (7 percent) by the State of Mississippi. All vendors must complete the MS Department of Revenue DOR Vendor Tax Form and remit payment of 7% by the end of the event. ANY vendor that does not return form and payment, WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN FUTURE EVENTS! Tax payments can be paid in cash or make checks payable to: Cannabis Festival Mississippi. Any questions about sales taxes, please contact the Mississippi Department of Revenue.

guidelines listed above. Any violations may result in the loss of space and
exclusion from events in future years.
