Gymnasts going into WAG ALP levels 5-7

2 days of Skill development with MGC's WAG coaching team 

January 15th and 16th

9am-1pm

 @ State Gymnastics Centre 41 Green Street Windsor

 

MGC's 2025 WAG clinic aims to help athletes and coaches with the development of high level WAG skills. Our team has a wealth of knowledge from across the world to share with athletes from around Victoria. 

Developing the basics of turning vaults, strong tumbling to progress to twisting on floor, circle elements and giants on bars, flight elements on beam. As well as bonus trampoline, artistry, Pre-hab and Nutrition from our expert coaches and specialists.

 

Athletes will have the opportunity to learn from Olympic athletes, and MGC's WAG highly experienced coaching team who have had athlete representation at QLD Border challenge, National championships, and AIS international pathways camps. 

 

MGC's WAG clinic is catered to athletes competing levels 5-7 in 2025.  

 We highly recommend a coach attend with their athletes to ensure safety.

 

Gymnasts are asked to bring:-

- Water bottle

- Any additional training aids example: Grips or Loops

- Please wear gymnastics attire (leotard, shorts, crop top, leggings)

Agreement and Waiver

By signing below you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms, conditions and policies available on our website. You understand and agree that the nature of the program involves physical activities which inherently carries some risk of injury. You should instruct the gymnast to follow the gymnastics safety rules provided by their coaches.

You hereby provide your consent to you/your child/your children participating in all MGC activities and you accept all risks associated with that participation. In addition, you hereby waive any entitlement to make any claim of negligence against MGC, other than any claim which cannot properly be excluded by law. All athletes that participate in 5-7 WAG clinic are under a coaches instruction are covered for personal injury insurance. 

By signing below, you give permission for your child to have their photo or video taken for marketing purposes. You understand these photos will be used by MGC for promotional purposes, including websites, posters, newsletters, social media, traditional advertising, digital advertising and within external documents. You understand that you can change or withdraw your permission at any time by contacting MGC’s office.
