Terms and Conditions
A. Participation Fee: Raw/bare exhibit space is available at Php 34,500.00 (inclusive of VAT) + Php 300.00 (LGU Fees) per 2 x 3 exhibit space.
B. The participation fee does not include fees and taxes imposed by the local BIR Regional District Office. The exhibitor is fully responsible for settling all applicable fees and taxes.
C. Payment Terms: The reservation fee of Php 10,000.00 per exhibit space is due upon submission of the application form. This amount must be deposited directly into the Themes & Motifs bank account.
The remaining balance, including the LGU fee, is payable in two equal installments through post-dated checks.
D. The reservation fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE
E. The reservation fee cannot be transferred to another exhibit or exhibitor.
F. For applications with more than one exhibit space:If the number of reserved spaces is reduced, the reservation fees for the released spaces will be forfeited and will not be applied to the balance of the remaining spaces.
G. Themes & Motifs reserves the right to evaluate, approve, or disapprove all applications.
H. Payment of the reservation fee does not guarantee application approval. Grounds for disapproval include, but are not limited to:No DTI, SEC, or Business Permit, Previous unsettled accounts, and other violations of Themes & Motifs policies. If the application is disapproved, the reservation fee will be returned.
I. Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation by the exhibitor, the following percentages of the exhibit space rental rate will be charged:

J. Category zoning shall be implemented. Themes & Motifs reserves the right to determine the zone for each category.
K. Shared Booth - The primary supplier's category determines the category zone of the shared booth.
The following categories will always be considered the primary supplier: Photography and Photo & Video.
All photographers and/or photo-video suppliers must be located in the Photographers Zone.
L. Choosing of exhibit space shall be on a first-come, first-served basis. Suppliers will select their exhibit space once the layout is ready.
M. The selection of exhibit spaces will be based on the order of submission and payment of the reservation fee. Only exhibitors who have fully paid by the time the exhibit layout becomes available will be eligible to choose their exhibit spaces.
Reserved slots will be forfeited if not fully paid when the layout is made available.
N. Themes & Motifs reserves the right to re-layout the floor plan if necessary.
Priority for slot selection in reassigned areas will follow the first-come, first-served policy.
O. Exhibit space sharing is allowed for a maximum of two brands per exhibit space. The primary exhibitor may share with only one secondary brand per exhibit space. The total number of secondary brands/suppliers allowed is equivalent to the total number of spaces booked.
P. Secondary exhibitors must complete a separate application form and submit the same requirements as the Primary exhibitor
Q. One-stop shops and bridal shops are required to reserve a minimum of four spaces. They must submit an official list of members/accredited suppliers with their application.
R. Promotion or mention of non-Themes & Motifs events is strictly prohibited.
S. Promotion or mention of non-participating suppliers is not allowed.
T. The prevailing Department of Health guidelines at the time of the exhibit will be implemented and observed throughout the event, including ingress and egress.
U. Detailed exhibit guidelines, rules & regulations will be provided separately.
V. Force Majeure Clause
Themes & Motifs shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to any of the following causes (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Force Majeure”, to the extent that such events or circumstances are beyond its reasonable control: acts of God, accidents, riots, war, terrorist acts, epidemics, pandemics, quarantines, civil commotion, breakdown of communication facilities, web host or internet service provider failures, natural catastrophes, governmental acts or omissions, changes in laws or regulations, national strikes, fires, explosions, earthquakes, typhoons, pandemic, public health emergencies, or a general lack of availability of raw materials or energy.
The Organizer shall not be responsible for any loss sustained by the exhibitor, whether directly or indirectly attributable to acts of nature, events of Force Majeure, or any mishaps occurring during the exhibit run, including orders or directives imposed by any government authority. The exhibit may be shortened, postponed, or canceled due to any cause beyond the control of the Organizer.
In the event of postponement or cancellation caused by Force Majeure, payments made for the exhibit will neither be refunded nor applied to another Themes & Motifs bridal fair.
