Performance Program

The performance program at the Moonah Arts Centre encompasses a diverse range of performing arts, including theatre, dance, live music, and multidisciplinary performances. It is designed to showcase local artists, providing a platform for them to present their creative works and engage with audiences in a live setting.

Typically, the program is resourced to produce and present one unique show a month. The program is then complimented by partnering with external artists and producers to ‘co-present’ additional productions and performances that align with Council’s strategic objectives or commercial interests.

About the Opportunity

Moonah Arts Centre is keenly interested in hearing from diverse performers to keep in mind for performances. Performers will be notified of potential upcoming performance opportunities. If selected they will be engaged via a partnership agreement with MAC, offering a guaranteed artist fee to perform at a selected event in the series program. Filling in this form does not guarantee you a performance, it is merely an expression of interest.

MAC provides professional audio mixing, lighting operation and front of house staff. Limited backline is available on request.
