All of the information collected in this form is shall be used and referred for purposes of knowing, understanding, and validating the information in relation to the complaint for which the applicant is applying for purposes of complaint or appeal and if successfully resolve, for information keeping and the records with the CEO of Academy of Workplace Learning.
Academy of Workplace Learning shall treat all personal information with the utmost confidentiality in line with the standards of privacy protection.
We aim to respond to and resolve your complaint as quickly as possible. Where required, we’ll inform you of the final outcome of your complaint in accordance with the maximum 21 calendar days timeframes for the standard complaint, commencing from receipt of your complaint. A response and/or outcome to a complaint may be provided verbally or in writing.
Note that in certain circumstances, such as matters that are particularly complex, these timeframes do not apply.
