Trans Expo Vendor Application
Thank you for your interest in our 2025 Trans Expo! Our 2024 event was such a success we’ve had to move to a larger venue. Our priority is featuring Trans and Gender Nonconforming owned/operated businesses but we will have a limited amount of spots available for other queer owned/operated businesses. Be sure to reserve your spot early!
Important day-of details:
Date of event: Saturday April 5th, 2025 | Time: 10am-3pm | Booth rental price: $50 (non-refundable). Please note that each vendor space will be large enough to accommodate a 6 foot table. You may apply for more than one space with the understanding that you would pay a $50 fee for each space approved. Payment will be required within 30 days of the approval of your application.
